The activities of Ananda Dham purely based on Santha Seva, Gou seva, Vidyarthi Seva, Prakruti Seva and Samaj Seva ( Service to the spiritual leaders, holy cows, children, nature and the society).

Spritual

Ananda Dham’s spiritual activities based on Sadhu Seva (service to the spiritual leaders) Deva Seva (worshiping the lords) and Atithi Seva (serving the guests).

Ananda Dham organises various spiritual based activities like – Upanayan Sanskar, Naishtik Brahmachari Dikhya, Sanyas Dikhya, Shodashi programme on the death of any Sadhu (spiritual leader), Sadhu Bhandara (providing free food and clothes for Spritual leaders), Yajna for world peace, Rudrabhiseka, Navartra. Also observe various Spiritual festivals like Raksha bandhan, Janmashtami, Ganesh puja, Saraswati puja, Dipavali, Holi etc.

At Ananda Dham we also celebrate the birth anniversaries of greatmen like Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Swami Vivekananda. Jagatguru Shankaracharya and so many.

Ananda Dham regulary offer lotus flower at the holy feet of Lord Jagannath at Shree Mandir and involved in many Seva, Puja & Festivals of Lord Jagannath at Puri, Odisha.

Social

Ananda Dham believes in making a value-based society. Throughout the year it organises ‘No addiction’ or ‘Zero addiction’ Programme at schools and colleges for students.

Ananda Dham also organises plantation drives at schools, colleges, clubs and various social-spiritual organistions.

Ananada Dham also organises cycle yatra for a pollution free atmosphere.

Ananad Dham distributes free food, cloth and medicine during natural calamities.

Ananda Dham provides free food and drinks on the occasion of Rath Yatra (Car festival) and other holy festivals.

Health

Ananda Dham is dedicated to improving the well-being of underserved communities, has made it their mission to promote good health through a variety of impactful initiatives. At the heart of their efforts are the regular health camps they organize, which serve as vital hubs of accessible healthcare for those who might otherwise lack the means or resources to receive proper medical attention. These camps bring together experienced health experts – including physicians, nurses, and specialists – who volunteer their time and expertise to provide free check-ups, diagnoses, and consultations to attendees. Beyond just the check-ups, Ananda Dham also ensures that no one leaves these camps empty-handed, as they distribute free medicine to those in need, ensuring that the treatment process can continue long after the camp has concluded. This holistic approach allows Ananda Dham to address both the immediate and long-term health concerns of the communities they serve, empowering individuals to take a more proactive role in maintaining their own well-being. Ananda Dham distributes herbal plants to make awareness on health and Ayurveda.

Education

Ananda Dham, a renowned organization in the state of Odisha, goes beyond just providing spiritual guidance and enlightenment – it also takes an active role in nurturing the personal growth and development of the region’s youth. One of their flagship initiatives is the ‘Bal Byaktitwa Sibir’, or the ‘Personality Development Camp’, which brings together students from all corners of Odisha to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery. Through interactive workshops, motivational sessions, and experiential learning activities, these camps empower young minds to unlock their true potential, cultivate essential life skills, and blossom into confident, well-rounded individuals equipped to navigate the challenges of the modern world. Complementing this is the ‘Geeta Patha Chakra’ program, which immerses students in the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, India’s revered spiritual text. By guiding participants through in-depth discussions and interpretations of this ancient scripture, Ananda Dham instills in them a deeper understanding of the principles of dharma, karma, and self-realization – equipping them with the philosophical and moral foundations to lead fulfilling, purposeful lives. Gou Seva (Serving The Holy Cows)

Ananda Dham believes cow as our mother. Currently Ananda Dham has indigenous cows from Odisha and India. The cows are facilitates with quality food, stay and medication.

On various occasions like birthdays people visits the Ananda Dham Goushala to worship and feed the cows.

Ananda Dham also donates cows freely to the needy and spiritual organisations.

The cow dung and urine is used as valuable fertilizer, compost, medicine and cleaning purposes.

Gurukul

Ananda Dham’s Gurukul at Girala, Puri is a divine home for the socially, physically, financially backward children, who can live with pride and dignity without feeling helpless to build their bright future.

The Gurukul is also a divine home for the Sadhus and Brahmacharis who want to lead a spiritual life.

The inmates of Gurukul are groomed with different skills and training by special instructors  on various skill development programme which can give them the ability to stand up on their own feet.

The activities of the Gurukul are designed to support everyone to live a sustainable independent life and active engagement in their areas of interest.

Study activities in the Gurukul like computer education, wall-painting, sand art, singing, dancing, speech, spoken English are being facilitated to the inmates.

The spiritual leaders, devotees and guests who visit Ananda Dham Gurukul get proper shelter, food and care. The inmates with their honest service make the guests happy and loving.

Special Program – ‘365’

Ananda Dham is now a growing spiritual-social organisation having so many tasks for the society. Very often it faces so many challenges but with the helping hands in time, it over comes the challenges. So Ananda Dham started a special program as ‘365’ to extend its hands of support.

Under ‘365’ program one can donate on his special day (i.e. Birthday, Marriage Anniversary etc.) by contributing the whole day expenses of Ananda Dham once in a year.

The contribution of that special day is only used for the purpose of the cow food (Gou Seva), Children’s food (Vidyarthi Seva), offering bhoga in the temple (Deva Seva), food for the spiritual leaders and gueasts (Sadhu and Atithi Seva).
